Ranjitha BB is the Founder and CEO of Sarvam Seva, and a rising leader in the field of sustainable development and urban transformation. With a strong academic foundation in economics and urban policy, she is currently pursuing her Master’s in Economics from Christ University, Bengaluru. Her approach combines economic reasoning, environmental innovation, and smart technology to address India's growing urban waste challenges.

At Sarvam Seva, Ranjitha leads the strategic vision and execution of zero-waste community initiatives. Her work focuses on designing and deploying scalable models in solid waste management, including IoT-based smart bins, decentralized composting units, and plastic recycling frameworks. With prior experience in urban development and infrastructure planning at Srinivasa Enterprises, she brings a unique cross-sectoral perspective to circular economy solutions.

A finance and operations leader with a solid background in asset and wealth management, Pradeep currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Sarvam Seva. With an MBA in Finance from IIM Bangalore, he brings a rare blend of corporate financial discipline and a strong commitment to sustainability and social impact.

At Sarvam Seva, Pradeep is instrumental in building scalable financial models and mobilizing resources for circular economy initiatives. He oversees budgeting, fundraising, CSR collaborations, and compliance, supporting innovative projects such as decentralized composting units, smart bin technologies, and zero-waste city models. His strategic approach ensures financial viability and operational efficiency across all initiatives.

An Environmental Science graduate and passionate sustainability advocate, Ojing is based in Bengaluru and serves as the Chief Program Officer at Sarvam Seva. With hands-on experience in areas like composting, vermicomposting, and plastic waste management, he plays a crucial role in designing and implementing community-focused programs.

Ojing has actively led cleanness awareness drives, surveys on plastic waste management, and research into plastic pyrolysis processes. His field expertise and dedication to grassroots initiatives help shape Sarvam Seva’s mission of promoting sustainable waste solutions and environmental stewardship.

Gaurav Agnihotri is the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Sarvam Seva, bringing over five years of diverse experience across corporate banking, financial analytics, and operational strategy. Having worked with leading institutions like Hitachi Energy and HSBC, Gaurav has developed a sharp eye for process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making—skills he now channels toward sustainable development and social impact.

At Sarvam Seva, he leads the organization’s strategic direction, fosters partnerships with communities and institutions, and drives initiatives focused on waste management, sustainability, and grassroots empowerment. His professional journey, including roles in the Indian Navy and educational leadership, reflects his deep commitment to discipline, teamwork, and service.
